United Home Health Care is an in-home health care provider. Operating out of Kern and Tulare counties, they offer on-site services that include physical therapy, pain management, and nursing.

Project Requirements

We needed to integrate United Home Health Care’s already existing logo into enticing, elegant brand assets. To do this, we created a responsive website, beautiful stationery design, and an effective PDF form.

Stationery Design

Using United Home Health Care’s logo as inspiration, we crafted sophisticated, readable, informative stationery. United’s mission is to provide unmatched care for patients, so they needed stationery that was soothing and comforting, yet gripping and compelling. The result was a striking form that will assure, calm, and compel patients to trust their home care to United Home Health Care.
